| Designs were created for Product Advisors of 3 product types: Scanners, Printers, Cameras. We provided users 2 types of advisors. The first one was for more technical users that were more familiar with the products where they were led through questions asking them for their specification requirements. The other way was for people unfamiliar with the products and needed more handholding. For this path, we advised by asking the user how they planned to use the product. We then presented the top 5 products suitable for them and allowed them to do a side by side product comparison. |
