| I was assigned to the project Rosetta - a product that allows users to change their language throughout their PayPal experience. I approached the project initially by conducting industry research to track any trends or inudstry standards. From that, I was able to build off and create some initial designs. While it was a high profile project, we did not have much funding for usability testing. I approached some user researchers and successfully convinced them to piggyback my test at the end of their existing usability tests. I was able to iterate and piggyback 3 times including 1 time in Japan with Japanese users. The evolution of this design provided many lessons learned. |
